On April 30, 2024, SIMS College of Pharmacy hosted a program titled "Meditation & Yoga to Promote Emotional Stability & Intelligence," with Smt. A. Radhika, Yoga Course Coordinator from ANU, Guntur, as the guest speaker. The event aimed to educate students and faculty on the benefits of meditation and yoga for enhancing emotional stability and intelligence. Smt. Radhika guided participants through various techniques to improve mental well-being and reduce stress. The interactive sessions and practical demonstrations were well-received, providing valuable skills for managing emotions and fostering a balanced lifestyle. The program underscored the college's commitment to holistic education and mental health.
