Awareness Talk on Chronic Kidney Disease

On March 15th, 2024, in observance of National Kidney Month, SIMS College of Pharmacy hosted an awareness session on Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) led by Dr. Neeharika Jonnalagadda, a General Physician and Consultant Nephrologist. Dr. Jonnalagadda delivered an informative presentation on the causes, symptoms, and management of CKD, emphasizing early detection and preventive measures. The session included interactive discussions and demonstrations, providing students and faculty with valuable knowledge to promote kidney health. This event highlighted the college's commitment to public health and inspired attendees to adopt healthy lifestyle choices to prevent kidney diseases.
